30-Day Pilot

Thirty days of focused improvement for your operation: a clear baseline, ongoing analysis of the safety records your teams already produce, owned follow-up, evidence of progress, and an executive review that says plainly what changed and what to do next.

Start the Pilot directly—or carry a Safety Scan forward. A direct Pilot creates its own baseline. An accepted Safety Scan can become that same baseline without making your team upload the same evidence again.

The 30-day journey

Baseline → ongoing intelligence → recommendations and actions → verification → executive review and learning.

  1. 01

    Baseline

Start directly with up to 300 baseline documents for the purchased scope. If you ran a Safety Scan, its accepted documents carry forward as that baseline without unnecessary re-uploading.

  2. 02

    Ongoing document analysis

For the full 30 days, submit up to 700 additional documents per purchased scope. FLHAs, DTHAs, hazard reports, near misses and inspections are structured and read for recurring hazards, weak controls and repeat conditions.

  3. 03

    Recommendations and actions

Findings become a Living Action Register: named, owned, dated follow-up items maintained across the whole period rather than a one-time list.

  4. 04

    Verification

Upload dated proof directly to each action and keep progress notes. Automated reviews assess what the evidence supports; verification remains a separate reviewer decision.

  5. 05

    Executive review and learning

A leadership-ready report set: what was found, what was actioned, what was verified, what remains — and what the next period should focus on.

What the Pilot includes

Document intake and structuring

Existing field records are organised into one reviewable set. No new field paperwork, no workforce software rollout required.

Signal and pattern analysis

Recurring hazards, repeated weak controls and the conditions behind them are identified across the period.

Living Action Register

Choose the priorities to act on, assign an owner and due date, and track notes and supporting evidence throughout the 30 days.

Day-16 working review

An automatic review after the first 15 days: progress supported by evidence, recurring gaps and practical next decisions.

Verified-evidence discipline

Saved notes and upload counts do not establish completion. Reviews show supporting evidence, contradictions and what still needs to be checked.

Final leadership report

Prepared after all 30 improvement days have closed: baseline-to-current comparison, action evidence, unresolved gaps and decisions for the next period.

The verification boundary

  • • No evidence means not verified — items stay open rather than closing on assertion alone.
  • • Generic photos without traceability to the specific action are not automatically accepted.
  • • Final reporting distinguishes verified, partially verified, open or unresolved, and uncertain items.
  • • Proactix does not replace your safety program — it turns what your program already produces into intelligence, action, verification and learning.

What you provide

  • • Existing safety documents for the agreed scope.
  • • A named client contact for operational context.
  • • Evidence and status updates when an action requires verification.

Where the Pilot leads

Teams that want the analysis, action tracking, verification and executive learning to keep running after the 30 days continue on Safety Hub — the recurring Proactix subscription, scoped to the people actually covered.

Common questions

Do we have to run a Safety Scan first?
No. You can start the 30-Day Pilot directly from this page. If you already completed a paid Safety Scan, its accepted evidence carries forward as the Pilot baseline and any eligible credit is shown before you pay.
Do we need to roll out an app to the crews?
No. The Pilot runs on the records your teams already produce. Safety Hub platform access for crews and supervisors is scoped separately, if and when you want it.
Who needs to be involved?
A named client contact who can answer operational questions and provide evidence or status updates when an action requires verification.
What if we already ran a Safety Scan?
The Scan rolls into the Pilot. Its full value is credited to a Pilot started inside the credit window, and the credit is applied automatically at checkout.
What happens after 30 days?
The executive review names what should continue. Teams that want the analysis, action tracking and verification to run continuously move onto Safety Hub, the recurring subscription.
